What Is ArcWorkbench?
ArcWorkbench has been developed progressively over recent years to support organisations in undertaking business transformation, linking business strategy to process architecture and process improvement through to systems implementation.
Developed originally as a management consultancy tool, it is now provided as an addendum to Draxmont Owl training courses, to help course attendees put into practice what they learned. It is intended to help organisations take charge of their own business transformation destinies. It embeds methodologies and techniques similar to those used by many leading management consultancies. It doesn’t pretend to replace the need for consultants, but it does help an organisation to take and maintain the lead role in business transformation, providing a framework into which external consultancy assistance can be targeted.
Draxmont Owl focuses exclusively on training in business transformation. A license to use the ArcWorkbench software is provided free of charge for organisations that attend Draxmont Owl training courses. The license entitles an organisation to use ArcWorkbench within its own business sites, generally within a single geographical location.
ArcWorkbench clearly could be used in a wider context to support multi-national operations or consultancy companies working across multiple client sites. We want to control, but not restrict, its use in this wider context, so if this is seen as a requirement by people who attend Draxmont Owl courses we would be happy to discuss its wider use on a case-by-case basis.
